Returns

- Handcrafted, customized, or personalized items are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
